Adam Nachmani combines real world transactional and business experience with the knowledge and orientation of a seasoned litigator.  Mr. Nachmani focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant law, real estate development, and collection.  Mr. Nachmani has extensive experience in these fields and has handled a wide variety of disputes in state and federal court successfully representing the interests of business owners, entrepreneurs, and commercial real estate owners at both the trial and appellate level.  Mr. Nachmani also has a wide range of transactional experience and lends his expertise to aid clients with corporate formation, asset transfers, loan transactions, and lease transactions.
